Why is Mid Rivers Health Center closing?
In our ongoing commitment to providing exceptional care, we have decided to make some changes to better serve our patients. With this in mind, we have made the difficult decision to close the Mid Rivers Health Center as of Thursday, April 18. To ensure more comprehensive services for patients, we will be centralizing patient care at our main facility, the Montgomery Health Clinic. At Montgomery Health Center, patients can expect a variety of specialty care options, ample resources, diverse clinicians and expanded healthcare opportunities, reflecting our commitment to top-quality care.
We understand change can be challenging, but please know the decision to close Mid Rivers Health Center was made with patient care as our top priority. As patient needs evolve, we are dedicated to adapting to better serve them.

Transitioning your care to the Montgomery Health Clinic is simple. Just schedule an appointment at 636-230-1990.
If you wish to discontinue your care with Logan, the below local practitioners have agreed to accept our patients.
